◄ About the character ►

Maz ( or incari as he is also known as) was a minor antagonist that was raised by Captain Blackclaw as a lackey that is part of the vendetta group. I don't remember this ocs personality, however I do somewhat remember he was a ' punisher ' type character that was forced to go after his groups enemies, and had some kind of plague type power that he could inflict on other ocs which made them die a slow death of rotting from the inside out. He was from the same lab captain blackclaw was from, and made by the same scientist who wanted to make some kind of gentically modified tiger of some kind.

He also had a son by the name of Whitestripe that he had sired CW: sexual abuse from a female he had sexually assaulted ( her name I have since forgotten about ), and then was left behind to fend for herself. Whitestripe was then brought to live with the vendetta group when Captain blackclaw murdered his mother, and basically became a slave to that group afterwards.

Maz eventually betrays the vendetta group by leading them to uninhabitable place to live, and then ditching them afterwards to die a slow death of starvation or from the lack of water while he himself left as fast as he could while toppling the cave entrance so they can't leave out of said cave to escape. He is since never seen again afterwards in said story, as I didn't know what to do with maz story wise after that.

◄ Inspiration/Design conception ►

| First design

Maz's first design had more scars on his fur, a spiked collar with his experiment number ' 666 ' on it, along with a tag on his ear. He also was drawn with a long long tail, and non retractable claws for some reason. He was black and white color with ringed stockings on his legs, and tail with white stripes going down his eyes.

| Second design

This second design didn't change much other then he has a swirl eye pattern now, and I got rid of most of the scars. I gave him swirly whiskers, and made his legs less stripey in appearence. I also gave him him a goatee sorta on his chin also, his name during this time was changed to tavetti.

| Current design

His current design has way different types of stripes on his legs, with the swirls in his eyes along with his scars being removed completely, not much about his design has changed other than that. His name was changed to Maz during this time, and has reminained Maz ever since being retired.

◄ Reasons for being retired ►

Maz was retired due to both a lack of interest in the character, and also due to the fact I completely forgotten this characters whole personality. People have tried to get me to bring him back to what he was before, but it was just not possible to bring back a lost character.

Doesn't help that every time I tried to revamp him into a new character, people I used to know would would be disappointed with the result saying " but he isn't the same! This is a just a new character ( which is the fuckin point)" and killed my interest in bringing him back making him stay a retired character.

◄ In conclusion ►

Maz was a character I made in my teenager years, just like all my retired ocs I still like him which is why he is still around. Will I bring him back? Probably not any time soon as still don't have any plans for this character at all still, but I did think about possibly bringing him back as part of the vendetta crew. Its that I dunno what his role shall be, or how he'll fit in with the rest of the characters, or or even what kind of feline species he's supposed to be either, or even what his new personality/story will be?

If I ever do actually bring him back he won't be playing a huge role in the story, will be depowered to a normal character with no magical plague powers, and still will be associated with the vendetta crew in some way like always when that happens.

❖ Trivia ❖

Maz is one of the oldest characters I have created! Only characters older than maz are Feralasar, Dr chrax, deathstar, and Queen Calista ( or moonflower). The year I created him was in 2009 when I was 16/15 year old teenager.
Maz was originally created as an oc for the now defunct game impressive title which ran from 2008-2010. He was for a while a very well known villian when the original server was up back in 2009, and had a ton of offspring other players had made.
Maz was for a while the only character I used for rping which he was the main character for a while, and then I made captain blackclaw a month or 2 later. Then I played blackclaw only, and completely forgot maz's existence afterwards.
Maz also worshipped the god attanz, who was Feralasar at one time, I have since made ataanz seperate from feralasar later on however. If I ever bring maz back this personality trait of him will stay, as attanz still exists as a god in my universe.

Maz's original name was incari, I changed the name as it no longer made any sense to the world he was in, as an incari is an alien species that exists in the agalorixverse. The reason why it makes no sense is that it'd be equivalent to a parent naming their baby human or someone in a tolkien universe naming their baby orc, which in my opinion is goofy as hell, and why it was changed.

Maz's original sexuality was bisexual but has a preference for females.

Maz went through 3 name changes through out the years I had him, first his name was incari, then his name was Tavetti with the last name horretti, and then I finally settled on Maz.

Maz's plague power was inspired by the movie ebola syndrome which was a horror movie about Cw: rape mention a rapist who carried the ebola virus, and used said virus to infect others both intentionally as well as unintentionally. I honestly don't recommend watching this movie as it wasn't very good, and it would make most people uncomfortable. (me included)
